“People always ask me what the trends are, but I’m not a believer in trends. Individuality is more important to me, to stand out and have the confidence to wear something you’re comfortable in – it just happens. I’m comfortable wearing a suit.” – David Gandy
Kenyan Zimbabwean Engagement Session :- So we’re down by the poolside in Safari Park Hotel and Casino, and Maureen and Simba are having a chat, laughing and joking about the next few days wedding in this same venue… and I forget that I’m actually here to work, to capture some fun moments of them as a couple for their pre-wedding engagement photo shoot. And that’s because Maureen and Simba are so chilled, fun, funny and into each other that we all felt it was like hanging out with mates for an hour on the hotel’s park. But not so chilled that we endangered the cleanliness of Simba’s shoes – I’ll just leave that there… Insanely fun and full of laughs, ideas and with an easy-going nature, their wedding is going to be something very special…KenyanZimbabweanEngagementSession
Today’s colorful Mnarani wedding is such a special one! Nicola and Lloyd are such kind-hearted souls with the sweetest love story. Nicola brought that vibe to her wedding day with bright pops of color and style (just wait till you see her dress)! Art is such a big part of her life that she and Lloyd decided to have their reception in a beach! Even though every detail of their wedding was gorgeous, my favorite part of their day was something small that came from the heart. Keep scrolling to find out what it was…Both Nicola and Lloyd have huge hearts, and gifting is a big way of how they show it. They share a piece of themselves (and their earnings!) with intentional gifts presented with care to those who are most important to them. On the wedding day, everyone got a carefully chosen object to commemorate the day.
Like most of our brides and grooms, they also got a gift for each other. But not just any gift. They each chose the other’s wedding ring, only to be revealed during the wedding ceremony. That meant that the first time they saw their wedding rings would be when they said their vows and pledged their lives to each other. I LOVED THIS IDEA!!!
